A small residential portfolio and a mixed commercial estate have very different needs, so we quote each one accurately instead of forcing a generic price. How is my price worked out?

Accepted Answer

Three things set your price: the number of units you manage, your property type (residential, shortlet, commercial, or mixed), and your plan's monthly allowance for verifications and actions. Pricing reflects your local market, and you are billed in your local currency.

What do "verifications," "actions," and "units" mean?

Accepted Answer

A verification is one AI check on contractor completion photos before you release payment. An action is any other AI task your plan covers each month, such as AI property overviews and follow-up chats, maintenance schedule generation, property safety and health insights, and move-in and move-out photo comparison. A unit is one rentable space you manage, like an apartment, shop, or shortlet listing. Each plan includes a set monthly allowance of each.

Is there a free trial?

No. Every plan includes dedicated onboarding and hands-on support for your first 60 days, so your team is set up and using the platform with confidence from day one, not working through a limited preview on your own.

Do contractors, technicians, and tenants have to pay?

Accepted Answer

No. Only property owners and property managers pay for Casalink. Contractors and technicians join free through an invite link, and tenants get free access to their own portal. You cover one subscription for your whole operation.

Can I subscribe through the iPhone or Android app?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are managed on the web at casalink.app, not inside the mobile apps. After your administrator creates your account, sign in to the apps with the same credentials. This keeps everything in one place.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move up or down a tier as your portfolio changes, and the new rate applies from your next billing cycle. You can cancel any time from your account settings.
